The Elgin Fine Arts Fair was held on August 5th and 6th at the Hemmens. It is sponsored by the National Association of University Women. In 2007, the event is moving to the new riverfront event plaza and should be even better. Special thanks go to my mother JoAnn Thrun and JP for their help at the event.
