The Elmhurst Fine Art Fair (Art in the Park) was held on May 1st and 2nd on the ground of the Elmhurst Art Museum and the Lizzadro Museum. It was a wonderfully organized event by Roz Long of Purse-ona and my booth space was right up by the main museum. Poor Chicago luck made the weather very cold and rainy. A lot of people still came to the event despite the near-winter weather.

Special thanks go to my mother JoAnn Thrun for her help at the event, even though she spent half of it warming up in the museum!

If you missed this event this year (then you were warm!), please put it on your schedule for next year. Many great artists were there like Tracey Frugoli (painter) and about 150 more!
